# Contact

## Send YVRBlog a Message

Have a correction, story tip, question, or feedback? Use the form below.

You can also reach us directly by email at: [contact@yvrblog.com](mailto:contact@yvrblog.com)

## Good Reasons to Contact Us

- **Corrections** — if something on the site is wrong (wrong date, closed venue, changed hours, broken link), tell us which article and what's wrong, and we'll fix it
- **Story tips** — local openings, events, hidden gems, community news worth covering
- **Photo and source concerns** — if you believe an image or quotation on the site is credited incorrectly or used in error, let us know; include the article link and we'll review it promptly
- **Partnerships and advertising** — for sponsorship or advertising inquiries, see our [Advertise With Us](/advertise/) page first, then write to us with details
- **Feedback and general questions** — what's useful, what's missing, what could be better

You can also submit a local tip through the dedicated [tip submission form](/submit-tip/) if you have a specific discovery to share.

## What Helps Us Help You

Include the article link if your message is about something we published. For tips, a sentence or two on what it is, where it is, and why locals would care is plenty — no need for a press release. If your message is time-sensitive (an event this weekend, a closure today), say so in the first line.

## Response Time

We read everything sent through this form. We can't always reply individually, but corrections are acted on quickly — usually within a day or two. Story tips are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and partnership inquiries are answered within about a week.

## A Note on Privacy

Anything you send through this form is used only to deal with your message, as described in our [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy/). We won't publish your name without asking, and we don't add you to any mailing list — the [newsletter](/newsletter/) is a separate, deliberate signup.
