What Helps Us Help You
Include the article link if your message is about something we published. For tips, a sentence or two on what it is, where it is, and why locals would care is plenty — no need for a press release. If your message is time-sensitive (an event this weekend, a closure today), say so in the first line.
Response Time
We read everything sent through this form. We can’t always reply individually, but corrections are acted on quickly — usually within a day or two. Story tips are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and partnership inquiries are answered within about a week.
